Data Protection Act

The Aluminati Network Group Ltd is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner. Our registration number is Z8393842. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, as amended and updated from time to time.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the University of Plymouth of Drake Circus, Plymouth, Devon PL4 8AA is the data controller for all personal data held in connection with your use of any services accessed through this site apart from information relating to account administration, billing and email data, and Aluminati Network Group Ltd acts as a data processor on its behalf. Aluminati Network Group Ltd is the Data Controller for personal data held for the purposes of account administration and billing, and storage and management of your email data stored on the servers.

Collected Information

The information we collect is that provided by you directly via our registration form and profile interface. This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, upload your CV, photo or other files, fill in your details, send messages to other members, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph. We also collect non-personal information for statistical analysis on the use of our websites. We also have your registered email address on record.

While we keep records of any financial transactions for accounting purposes, debit / credit card details are NOT recorded, nor ever seen, by us in the case of an online payment being made. -Providing access would pose a serious threat to the life or health of an individual or individuals.

-Any exemptions apply under relevant legislation.
